Jason,

I hate to do it, but your question has to be answered first with several questions from us. 1. What boat are you putting it on?
2. How long and waht is te beam width?
3. What style of boat (flat john, modified V, deep V, etc.)?
4. Does it have a console or tiller drive?
5. Do you ever use use a Go-Devil?

Give me some short answers, and I'll tell you exactly how long it should take. Worst case scenario though, it should take you a minimum of two hours if you follow the instructions or it could be one of the longest Saturdays of your life! It should be no big deal.

Tom Matthews

PS John Ed, Tripp and Kelley Powers of Final Flight may be the nicest three guys I know.
