Just wondering if or when the Avery folks will come out with a headlamp? I'm tired of buying batteries every morning and alot of the bigger lamps are too heavy. Now every piece of equipment I use is made by Avery and for a reason. It works and it lasts. Period. So why don't you boys make me a headlamp that's light, easy to use, and I don't have to spend forty dollars a week on batteries. I know you can do it! Thanks.

Give me a little time on this one. I was working on the big hand held lights last spring but scrubbed the idea. I will see what's available in a heavy-duty, durable light with reasonable battery life. It must be re-chargeable I assume. Help me with any other details. Thanks for the encouraging words!

Tom,

It needs to be rugged, bright and comfortable. With features such as:
- shatterproof lens
- adjustable beam
- halogen bulb or something similar
- wide elastic head band
- compact/lightweight

Mike

Tom...you need to make a pop holder in the Finishers. I've told Freddy that a MILLION times. Never fails. Open a can of pop...here come the geese...set it down...raise up and whack em....guaranteed pocket full of pop!!!

Hey Tom,
When you start on this light idea think LED! They are bright and they run for hundreds of hours on a couple of AAA bateries.
Just my two cents.

Tom,

I think that the rechargeable would be best. Then you just charge it the night before you go and the batteries won't die 60 yards from the boat setting out decoys. Then you would only trip and get wet twice while either returning to the boat, or just saying forget it and put out the dekes in the dark. My two cents.
