This one is easy.

#1. Please call Allen Hughes at 800 333-5119 at Avery (he will be expecting your call.) Tell him you are the person with the Finisher Blind torn seat that received no response from e-mail. He will either: 1)send you a seat to replace the one you have if you need it right away or 2) he will ask you to send it to us so we can repair it and ship it back to you same day. I prefer the latter because it is our policy to repair anything we can before replacing it. Timing of when you must have the seat is the only issue, and you can make that call. We will pay to have the seat picked up by UPS so remind Allen to issue a "call tag" to UPS. We will obviously pay the freight back as well so this should be easy for you, and should take less than a week for you to get it back from the day you send it.

While you're at it, take a look at the other two seats and make sure they don't need some work before sending the bad one back. You might decide to have some stitching done on these as well - just be reasonable please You just never know, and those were our first ones. I think the ones we are making now are much better, but those were still pretty damned good.

#2. I would appreciate it if you could forward a copy of the e-mail that you sent to our Customer Service Department to Allen if you still have it. Nobody is going to get in trouble, but we have to understand where we are failing our customers. If you will do this for us, we would really appreciate it. Allen will give you his e-mail address when you speak to him.

Thanks for using our products, and I persoanlly apologize for the inconvenience you have had. We will make it right.
