Well, i been playin phone tag with Bill and Allen for the past 2 days. If you guys are wonderin its just me makin sure the dealer was able to add to my order for my 16ft lund.

Ed - Your message says you and I have been playing Phone Tag. If you left a message for me, PLEASE let me know who you left it with. Typically, our receptionist always transfers calls to voice mail. I have not received a voicemail from you and want to get to the bottom of the phone tag issue.
I was given a note from Bill Cooksey asking me to keep an eye out for an order from Carolina Waterfowl supply with your name on it. We have received the order and it looks correct from the information Bill gave me on the note.

Thanks and please let me know about any phone message as soon as possible.

Ed,

I am in the same position as Allen. I have not had any voice mail from you this week. As Allen said, I gave him the information on your blind after our conversation last Friday.

If you need anything else, and can't get us on the phone immediately, please leave a voice mail. As you can imagine, we are getting a lot of phone traffic, but if you leave a message one of us will definitely call you back.

Let me know how the blind works out.

Sorry guys to get you nervous.....i never left a voicemai,you guys were always on the phone when i called,i wasnt given the option of leaving a voicemail and i never thought of it.

You have to have the best customer relations i ever seen. Your company has great communication. Please dont take my post as negative, i guess i do have a weird sense of humour. I was just trying to verify the order was correct, i hope it shows up by next wednesday,opener getting real close.

Ed,

No problem. We hold all of the folks in customer service to a high standard, and this message board will make this even easier to do. I always worry about messages not getting through, and would hate for you to get a bad taste in your mouth over us not doing our part.I'm far from perfect, and have let folks slip through the cracks. I didn;t want you to end up in that position.

Again, let me know how the blind works for you.
